Repair Ticket

If your AIM Library loaned device isn’t working or needs repair, please DO NOT mail it to or drop it off at the AIM Library.

It is the LEA's responsibility to seek alternate resources for student to access the curriculum during the repair process.

Once we receive your repair ticket, a member of the AIM Library Team will be in touch with next steps.

If you have a working device that your student no longer needs, you may mail it to or schedule to drop it off at the AIM Library.
